(Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH,J.) In the light of the fact that the law provides for certain rights to the victim of a crime as well to his family members, we are of the view that the present petition seeking permission to assist the prosecution cannot be said to be not maintainable.
Hence, these criminal miscellaneous petitions are allowed and the learned counsel for the petitioner in all these petitions may assist the prosecution, as provided under the Code of Criminal Procedure.
