ORDER

This petition has been filed to call for the records and quash the proceedings in Crime No.431 of 2019, pending on the file of the Inspector of Police, Erode South, Erode District. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.3, Erode on 13.08.2019 and the same is yet to be taken on file. 3.In view of the above submission, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the FIR at this stage. It is left open to the petitioners to challenge the final report, if so advised.
