C.M.P.Nos.21216, 21217 and 21221 of 2021 in C.R.P.(NPD)No.709 of 2015 V.M.VELUMANI,J.

C.M.P.Nos.21216, 21217 and 21221 of 2021 have been filed to condone the delay of 1615 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 5th respondent viz., Prabhakaran; to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 5th respondent and to bring on record the respondents 8 to 10 as legal heirs of the deceased 5th respondent in the above C.R.P.

2.Though notice has been served on the respondents 8 to 10 and their names are printed in the cause list, there is no representation for them either in person or through counsel.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of C.M.P.No.21216 of 2021, C.M.P.No.21216 of 2021 is ordered. In view of the order passed in C.M.P.No.21216 of 2021, C.M.P.Nos.21217 & 21221 of 2021 are also ordered. 4.The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in C.R.P.(NPD)No.709 of 2015 and list the matter on 27.01.2022.
