ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a mandamus seeking for a direction to the respondents to restore the seniority of the petitioner in the panel of the Sub-Registrar, Grade - I for the year 2013-14 pursuant to the petitioner's promotion as Sub-Registrar, Grade - I dated 03.02.2014 and grant the petitioner all consequential service and monetary benefits.

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner will be satisfied if the petitioner's Statutory Appeal dated 27.02.2015 filed for the aforementioned purpose is considered on merits and in accordance with law within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

3. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if such a direction is issued by this Court.

4. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the second respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner's Statutory Appeal dated 27.02.2015 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the aforesaid directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
