ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and also perused the records carefully.

It is seen that the petitioner has sent a representation dated 16.09.2016 by post to the Inspector of Police, Papparapatti Police Station, Papparapatti, Dharmapuri District for permission to conduct "Adal Padal Programme" in connection with the temple festival of Sree Mariamman Koil at Nagathasampatti Village, Pennagaram Taluk in Dharmapuri District. The petitioner, is therefore, directed to go in person and give a representation to the respondent and on such representation, the Inspector of Police, Papparapatti Police Station, is directed to inquire into the same and taking into consideration the law and order situation and all other aspects, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

he may either grant permission or refuse to grant permission, as the case may be. This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
