The petition has been filed to extend the time to comply with the conditions, (6) The petitioner shall execute two sureties for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each, before the concerned Magistrate imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.15757 of 2024 dated 08.07.2024.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) has no serious objection in allowing this petition.

Considering the reason stated by the petitioner, that due to financial circumstances unable to comply the condition. Hence, I am inclined to extend the time for another one month to comply the conditions. Accordingly, ordered.
