This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in paragraph No.6 (b) that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in the order dated 13.07.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.15035 of 2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that, in this case charge sheet is filed and the case is taken on file in P.R.C.No.112 of 2023 by the concerned Court.

3. Considering the said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the condition imposed on the petitioner is totally relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court on all the hearing dates without fail.
