Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to e-auction notice in F.No.1818/Revenue/Oulgaret Municipality/MHFM/2024 dated 06.08.2024 on the file of the fifth respondent and quash the same and direct the fifth respondent to implement the Standing Operation Procedure (SOP) framed by the third respondent for conducting fish trading at MHFM, Lawspet, Puducherry and issue pass to the petitioners who are existing traders. After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioners, when this Court was about to dismiss the petition, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and also has made an endorsement to that effect.
2. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Writ Petition is dismissed as
withdrawn on condition that the petitioner shall pay the Court fees separately. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
