ORDER

This petition is filed to complete the investigation and to file a final report in Crime No.876 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent.

2.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has lodged a complaint and the same was registered in Crime No.876 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent police, for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 294(b) and 506(i) IPC. But the first respondent has not shown any interest to investigate the same and file a final report. Therefore, he has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief.

3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that investigation is going on and hence, he prays for three months time to complete the investigation and file a final report. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the submissions made on both sides, on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, after due enquiry, the case in Crime No.876 of 2015 has been registered as early as on 01.11.2015 for the offences under Sections 147, 294(b) and 506(i) IPC. Therefore, the first respondent is directed to investigate the matter as expeditiously as possible and file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
