This Criminal Original petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to transfer of STC No.465 of 2010 pending on the file of Judicial Magistrate at Sriperumbudur to Judicial Magistrate at Trichy.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. However, it has been reported by the learned Government Advocate that in this case, Trial has been commenced before the Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumbudur. Hence, nothing survives in transferring the case.

3. In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
