This petition has been filed to relax the condition (b) that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.14595 of 2023 dated 30.06.2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioners is modified and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
