This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.19230 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.24436 of 2022 dated 22.12.2022 that petitioners should appear before the respondent police on the 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that, the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the condition imposed on the petitioners is relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation, on receipt of summons.
