ORDER

This review application has been filed by the petitioner in WP.No.4992 of 2009, to review the order of this Court made in WP.No.4992 of 2009 dated 03.04.2024.

2. The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that insofar as the property which was originally gifted in favour of management committee vide registered gift deed in document No.2349 of 1950 dated 02.11.1950, subsequently the same was reconveyed by the management committee in favour of the petitioner's college by registered document dated 05.05.1953. Therefore, the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in respect of the property other than the college premises, can be

reconveyed in favour of the petitioner. As such, he seeks liberty to approach the authority concerned for reconveyance or seeking compensation by way of acquisition.

3. In view of the above, the petitioner is at liberty to seek to reconvey the remaining property in accordance with law.

4. With the above observation, this review application is disposed of. There shall be no order as to cost.
