ORDER

The defacto complainant in Crime No. 130 of 2023 has filed this petition seeking a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the investigation has already been completed and the case has been referred as a "mistake of fact". RCS notice has also been served on the petitioner, Anthonisamy.

3. In view of the above, keeping open the liberty of the petitioner to file a protest petition before the concerned court, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
