This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the FIR in Crime No.86 of 2016, on the file of the respondent police and to quash the same.

2. Mr.M.Mohamed Riyaz, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the investigation has been completed and filed a Final Report before the Jurisdictional Magistrate concerned and the same has not been taken cognizance. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
