O R D E R

This Criminal Revision Case has been preferred as against the order passed by the learned Special Judge (Special Court of Trial of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substance Act) Villupuram in Crl.M.P.No.169 of 2025 dated 05.06.2025, thereby dismissed the petition to return the property.

2. The petitioner owned vehicle bearing registration No.KL-76C-7187. Though the petitioner's husband transported ganga waiving 2600 kilograms, the respondent registered the FIR in Crime No.120 of 2025 for the offences punishable under Section 8(c), 20(b)(ii)(B) of NDPS Act, 1985.

3. In pursuant to the registration of FIR, the contraband as well as vehicle have been seized from the accused and produced before the Court. Therefore, the trial Court rightly dismissed the petition for returning the property and this Court finds no infirmity or illegality in 2/4

the order dated 05.06.2025 passed by the learned Special Judge, (Special Court of Trial of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substance Act), Villupuram in Crl.M.P.No.169 of 2025.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed.

5. The respondent is directed to initiate confiscation proceedings as against the vehicle, which was seized in pursuant to the registration of FIR.
