Respondents Prayer:-Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the third respondent to complete the investigation and to file a final report in Crime No.418 of 2011, registered on 19.09.2011, on the file of the third respondent, within a time frame as fixed by this Court. ORDER

This petition is filed to complete the investigation and to file a final report in Crime No.418 of 2011 on the file of the third respondent.

2.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has lodged a complaint and the same was registered in Crime No.418 of 2011 on the file of the third respondent police, for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 465, 467,

468, 471, 474 IPC. But the third respondent has not shown any interest to investigate the same and file a final report. Therefore, she has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief.

3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that investigation is going on and hence, he prays for three months time to complete the investigation and file a final report. 4.Considering the submissions made on both sides, on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, after due enquiry, the case in Crime No.418 of 2011 has been registered as early as on 19.09.2011 for the offences under Sections 419, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 474 IPC. Therefore, the third respondent is directed to investigate the matter as expeditiously as possible and file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
