This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed by this court in Crl.O.P. No. 15016 of 2023 order dated 13.07.2023 in Crime No. 226 of 2023 pending investigation on the file of respondent police.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that, the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
