This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.4756 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.325 of 2023 dated 05.04.2023, the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on every Sunday at 10.30 a.m., until filing of the final report and also appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail. 2.Heard both sides.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner has not complied the condition and raised objection to modify the condition. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition.

4. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
