Writ petition is filed seeking a writ of mandamus to direct the the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.04.2016 and to survey the petitioner house site bearing survey number 99/3E measuring about 0.10.00 Ares, situated at T-Elamangalamm village, Tittagudi Taluk, Cuddalore District.

2. However, it is seen that the petitioner is not the sole owner of the property but he is a co-pattadar along with six others, whose names have been mentioned in patta no.424. In this writ petition, those co-pattadars have not been made as a party. That apart, the petitioner has not made them as parties while giving representation. Therefore, the petitioner cannot seek for any direction based on the representation dated 25.04.2016.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to give fresh representation impleading all the parties who are likely to be affected and if the same is given the respondent shall proceed in accordance with law. No costs.
