This writ petition is filed to call for the records relating to G.O.Ms.No.41 Transport Department dated 13.07.2006 from the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
first respondent and the order in Memo 13598/Papi3/ TNSTC/ (Villupuram) Vellore/2005, dated 25.07.2006 from the second respondent and to quash the portion of the order in G.O.Ms.No.41 Transport Department dated 13.07.2006 directing the second respondent to withdraw the appointment order issued to the petitioner pursuant to the completion of the selection process and the consequential order in Memo 13598/ PePa3/TNSTC (Villupuram) Vellore/2005, dated 25.07.2006 of the second respondent with drawing appointment order issued to the petitioner and consequently to direct the second respondent to issue suitable posting order to petitioner.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner would submit that vide proceedings No.Se.Mu.Aa.No.13598/ Papi3/ta.a.po.ka (Villupuram)/Vellore/2005 dated 10.07.2007 the petitioner had appointed as Driver on 16.07.2007 in the Transport Corporation.
3.In view of the above nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
