The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the suits in O.S.Nos.283 & 284 of 2016 have been disposed of by the Court below concerned on 01.07.2025 and he has also produced a photocopy of case status report from E-Courts Services to that effect. 2.

In view of the above submission, nothing survives for adjudication in these petitions and the same have become infructuous. Hence, these transfer civil miscellaneous petitions stand dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
