O R D E R
The petitioner has come forward by way of filing this writ petition, challenging the impugned order of the 2nd respondent dated 19.01.2016, wherein, it was asked to show cause as to why appropriate action shall not be taken against the petitioner for not having permanent recognition.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent Nos. 1 to 3.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent No. 2 who issued the impugned order dated 19.01.2016, does not have the jurisdiction to do so, as the same lies within the jurisdiction of the respondent No. 1.
4. This Court is not inclined to entertain the present writ petition as it is only a show cause notice. However, considering the above facts and circumstances, the present writ petition is disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to give reply to the respondent No. 1, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Thereafter, appropriate final orders will have to be passed by the respondent No. 1 within a further period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the reply from the petitioner. It is made clear that till appropriate final orders are passed by the respondent No. 1, the respondent No. 2 shall not pass any further orders.
5. With the above directions, the present writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
