This Contempt Petition is filed praying to punish the Respondents for wilful disobedience of the order dated 17.02.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.No.3220 of 2021.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents produced a copy of the proceedings in Mu.Mu.No.4058/A2/2021, dated 26.02.2022 passed by the 2nd Respondent and submitted that, the order under contempt has been complied with.

In view of the above, this Contempt Petition is closed. If the Petitioner is aggrieved by the said proceedings of the 2nd Respondent, it is open to him to challenge the same in accordance with law.
