This petition has been filed to modify the condition No.6(b) "The petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees one lakh only) as nonrefundable deposit by way of demand draft to the credit of Arignar Anna Memorial Cancer Hospital and Research Institute, Kancheepuram", imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.21386 of 2022 dated 07.09.2022.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that "The petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees one lakh only) as non refundable deposit to the credit of the RAY OF LIGHT FOUNDATION; A/c No : 50100078904233; IFSC code : HDFC0001864; No.10, Nageswara Road, Nungambakkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600034; Ph No.8939065431". The other conditions shall remain intact.
