This petition has been filed to relax the condition order that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am until further orders by this Court in order passed in Crl.O.P.No.6428 of 2024 dated 26.03.2024 for a period of two weeks.
2. Heard both sides.
3. Considering the submissions made by both sides and the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition without fail from 10.05.2024 to 25.05.2024 and thereafter, due to his ill health he was unable to comply with the order for which he filed an affidavit along with the Medical Certificate and considering the other aspects, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed as against the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on alternate Saturdays for a period of two months.
