ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition seeks for expeditious disposal of H.M.O.P.No.157 of 2021 pending on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Arakkonam.

2. When the matter came up for admission on 02.09.2024, I directed the Registry to call for a report from the learned Subordinate Judge, Arakkonam as to how long she will take for disposal of the Original 1/3

Petition. The learned Judge submitted a report on 18.09.2024 stating that she would dispose of the Original Petition on or before 30.09.2024.

3. Taking into consideration the request made by the learned Subordinate Judge, Arakkonam, the learned Judge is granted time till 25.10.2024 to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.157 of 2021.

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
