This application is filed by the applicants seeking to extend the mandate of the sole Arbitrator from 23.08.2019 to 23.05.2020 in O.P.No.962 of 2017.

This Court, vide order dated 01.02.2018 in O.P.No.962 of 2017, had appointed Mr.Vivek Girish Menon, Advocate as Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate upon the disputes between the petitioners and the respondents. It is stated that now the matter is posted for cross examination of the respondents' side evidence. As the mandate of the tribunal has expired on 23.08.2019, the parties have prayed for extension of time for conclusion of arbitration proceedings. 3.

Heard both sides.

With the consent of both learned counsel, time is extended till 30.04.2020 for completion of the Arbitral proceedings 1/3

and for passing the award. The parties are directed to co-operate with the Arbitrator for passing of the order as expeditiously as possible. 5.
