Crl.M.P.No.15130 of 2022 Crl.M.P.No.15130 of 2022 in Crl.OP.No.20455 of 2022 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J., This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall stay at Madurandagam and report before the Madurandagam Town Police Station daily until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.20455 of 2022 by order dated 30.08.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would also submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions.

4. In view of the above submissions, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.20455 of 2022 by an order dated 30.08.2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
