This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 70 days in filing the criminal revision against the order dated 27.01.2025 passed by the Family Court, Perambalur in MC.No.37 of 2022.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 70 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
