The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction to the first respondent to file a final report in Crime No.263 of 2015.

2.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has lodged a complaint and the same was registered in Crime No.263 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent, for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(i) IPC. But the first respondent has not shown any interest to investigate the same and file a final report. Therefore, he has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief. 3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that after due investigation, charge sheet has been filed in C.C.No.2623 of 2015 on the file of the learned XVII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai.

4.Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
