Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the 1st respondent's proceedings in Na.Ka.No.726/2004/A.cjp (Sa.oo.thi) dated 27.10.2004 and consequential order passed by the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.6087/04/A6 dated 29.10.2004 and quash the same and direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's request and post him permanently in the Aarpakkam Panchayat Union Middle School as Noon-Meal Organiser.
