It is seen from the records and submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner filed Crl.M.P.No.12749 of 2019 for impleading 2nd respondent /accused in Crl.M.P.No.9791 of 2019 in Crl.R.C.Sr.No.34005 of 2019. Crl.M.P.No.9791 of 2019 was filed for condoning delay in Crl.R.C.Sr.No.34005 of 2019. Without impleading the 2nd respondent in condone delay petition, it appears that condone delay petition was allowed.

3. Therefore, this Court directs the petitioner to file a petition for impleading the proposed 2nd respondent in Crl.R.C.No.318 of 2022
