These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed seeking to condone the delay of 45 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal against the fair and final common order dated 22.04.2025 made in I.A.Nos.1 & 2 of 2024 in I.A.No.19 of 2018 in O.A.No.6 of 2018 on the file of Special Judge under TNPID Court, Chennai.

2. Mr.R.Vasudevan, learned counsel for appellants submitted that the case bundle got mixed up with some other bundles and after due search, it was traced out. Hence, the appellant is not able to instruct counsel on record to prefer the above appeal and only during month of July 2025, he gave papers to him, as a result of which, there is a delay of 45 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeals arose, which is neither willful nor wanton. Therefore, he filed these petitions to condone the delay in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeals.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, and the reasons stated by the petitioner in the affidavit is justifiable one, this court is inclined to allow these petitions.
