JUDGMENT
(Judgment of the Court was delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) This appeal is directed against the judgment and decree dated 29.04.2016 made in I.A.No.12 of 2015 in H.M.O.P.No.192 of 2015 by the Family Court, Erode.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the appellant submits that the parties have reunited and seeks permission to withdraw the appeal. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the appellant, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
