ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to transfer the investigation in Crime No.307 of 2017 from the 1st respondent to the 2nd respondent.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions submitted that a Final Report has already been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Coimbatore in C.C.No.335 of 2017, and the proceedings have been challenged before this court in Crl.O.P.No.1798 of 2019 and it has been stayed.

3.In view of the above development nothing survives in this petition and the same is closed.
