This petition is filed under Section 378 (4) Cr.P.C, to grant leave and permit the petitioner to prosecute the above appeal filed against the order of acquittal dated 30.06.2023 made in C.C.No.503/2021 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Namakkal.

2. Heard Mr.G.Ravikumar, learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that though the accused admitted his signature on the cheque, the trial Court had acquitted the accused on the ground that the complainant did not obtain any promissory note from the accused.
