Comp. A.No.476 of 2023 in C.P.No.123 of 2016 ABDUL QUDDHOSE.J., Learned Official Liquidator has not raised any serious objection for allowing this application to condone the delay of 143 days in filing the Form No.66 before the office of the learned Official Liquidator.

2. This Court has also perused and examined the contents of the affidavit filed in support of this application and is satisfied with the same.

3. Accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for. The applicant is directed to lodge a claim with the respondent within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
