This petition has been filed to relax the condition no.6(b) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am for the period of three months, imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.17033/2024 dated 22.07.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner is complying with the conditions without fail and the investigation is complete, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed as against the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on alternative Saturdays for a period of two months.
