ORDER

These Criminal Original Petitions have been filed to call for the records and to quash the FIR in Cr. No.17 of 2019 pending investigation on the file of the first respondent police.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that in this case charge sheet has been filed in C.C. No.438/2020 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Namakkal and the same was quashed by this Court as against the petitioners in a petition filed by them in Crl.O.P. No.7450/2021; hence the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
