ORDER
The present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to withdraw the H.M.O.P.No.3825 of 2022 pending on the file of the VII Family Court, Chennai and transfer the same to the Family Court, Puducherry. 1/4
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel on record for the respondent, Ms.S.Deepika, appeared through video conference and reported that she has no objection for transferring the petition.
3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel on record on behalf of the respondent, H.M.O.P.No.3825 of 2022 is withdrawn from the file of the VII Family Court, Chennai and transferred to the file of the Family Court, Puducherry for disposal as per law. The learned VII Family Judge, Chennai, is directed to transmit the papers to the Family Court, Puducherry forthwith. The learned Family Judge, Puducherry is directed to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.3825 of 2022 on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.
