This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 213 days in filing the above criminal revision petition filed against the order dated 27.09.2023 passed in MC.No.29 of 2020 on the file of the learned Family Court at Tiruppur.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 213 days is condoned and the petition is ordered on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) directly to the respondents, within a period of two weeks from today, failing which the present petition shall stand automatically cancelled.
