O R D E R

In this writ petition, petitioner seeks a writ of mandamus to direct the first respondent to pass order on the Appeal dated 28.03.2016 filed by the petitioner on merits under the Right to Information Act .

2. Learned Additional Government Pleader (Puducherry) accepting notice on behalf of the respondents submitted that petitioner sought for four informations out of which three are personal details, therefore, the respondent is precluded from disclosing the same. Fourth information has been furnished to the petitioner. Now the petitioner seeks for damages and compensation from the respondent.

3. In any event, the petitioner seeks for a direction to pass orders on the appeal said to have been filed by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner before the first respondent. The Right to Information Act is a concise code by itself and it provides for hierarchy of remedies. Therefore if no orders have been passed then it is always open to the petitioner to workout the remedies available under the Right to Information Act.

4. Hence, no direction as sought for can be granted. Writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
