Prayer: This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking to grant an order of injunction restraining the respondents, their men, agents, servants or any one claiming or acting through them from in any way to alienating or otherwise dealing with the suit property bearing Survey No.16/1A to an extent of 781⁄2 cents situated at Muthukalipatti Village, Rasipuram Taluk morefully described in the petition schedule subject matter in OS.No.1 of 2012.
