C.M.P.No.17147 of 2022 in C.M.A.SR.No.105870 of 2022 P.T.ASHA, J., This petition is filed to condone the delay of 116 days in preferring the above appeal against the award passed in M.C.O.P.No.762 of 2018 dated 13.08.2021 on the file of the Additional Sub Court and Motor Accident Claims Tribunal at Puducherry.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the 2nd respondent.

3. Mr.A.Devanathan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the second respondent has entered appearance and has stated no objection to allow this petition.

4. Accordingly, this Petition is allowed and the delay of 116 days in preferring the above appeal is condoned.
