This petition has been filed to amend the Sections 341, 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) of IPC r/w.Section 4 of TamilNadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002 and include Section 427 of IPC in the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.8578 of 2024 dated 08.04.2024.

3. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the order copy and issue a fresh order copy in Crl.O.P.No.8578 of 2024 dated 08.04.2024 to the parties.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is ordered.
