O R D E R

This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.879 of 2017 on the file of the first respondent police, for offences under Sections 447 of IPC and Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Public Property (Prevention of Damages & Loss) Act, 1992, as against the petitioners.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the first respondent police has completed the investigation in Crime No.879 of 2017 and also filed a charge sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Perambalur.

3.Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
