PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to direct the 4th respondent to proceed further in accordance with law in Crime No.30 of 2014 by taking action by attaching the properties of the Company i.e., M/s.Unique Agri India Products Private Limited as per Sec.3 of the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositers (in Financial Establishments) Act, 1996 at the earliest.

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the fourth respondent to proceed further in accordance with law in Crime No.30 of 2014 by taking action by attaching the properties of the Company i.e., M/s.Unique Agri India Products Private Limited as per Sec.3 of the Tamil Nadu https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Protection of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Act, 1996 at the earliest.

2.The Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the third respondent police registered a case in Crime No.30 of 2014 for the offence under Sections 406 and 420 of IPC. 3.Heard, Mr.A.Ilaya Perumal, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Mohamed Riyaz, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 and perused the materials available on record.

4.Considering the above, the fourth respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.30 of 2014, if not already filed, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
