ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed praying to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that "the petitioner shall appear before the trial court twice in a week i.e. on Monday and Friday of every week at 10.30 a.m., pending appeal, in Crl.MP.no.941 of 2024 dated 14.06.2024 in CA.No.94 of 2024.

2. Heard, the learned counsel appearing on either side and considered, the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the present petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed and the aforesaid condition is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court on the first working day of every English Calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until the disposal of the criminal appeal".
