ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation with respect to the Crime No.85 of 2017, pending on the file of the respondent police to any other Investigating Agency and direct to proceed further investigation.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner's daughter namely Rani was missing on 14.02.2017, now the girl was secured by her parents on 20.02.2017. Hence, further action has been dropped by the respondent police on the complaint given by the petitioner herein. Therefore, the relief sought for by the petitioner has now become infructuous.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition, hence, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
